Thank you for shopping with Lorenzia. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

Delivery Time

  • Order processing: 1 business day
  • Delivery: 2-5 business days after your order ships

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT on a Friday, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to US military (APO/FPO) addresses. We do not currently offer international shipping. We cannot ship to PO boxes if the carrier requires a street address for the service used.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after you receive the email. If you don't see an email, check your spam folder.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can edit or cancel an order only before it ships, so email us as soon as possible at contact@Lorenzia.shop. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delays

Carrier delays can occur due to weather, high volume, or holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of shipping, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

  • Damaged items: email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Lost packages: if tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your household first, then contact us within 7 days.
  • Missing items: if something is missing from your order, contact us right away.

Taxes and Duties

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
