30-Day Returns

You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging, with all dust bags, cards, and accessories included
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items: gift cards, items damaged through misuse, and items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

Free Returns

Returns are free of charge for customers in the United States. We provide a prepaid return label once your return is approved.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at contact@Lorenzia.shop with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We'll reply within 1-2 business days with a prepaid return label and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the label.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we cannot process returns that haven't been approved.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm the outcome.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are refunded when the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different item or color, contact us and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, with no cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds
